Angela possesses a wealth of experience in advising clients on a broad spectrum of complex wealth planning and advisory matters. She specialises in assisting high-net-worth individuals and families with setting up family offices as well as onshore and offshore investment structures. She also advises charities and not-for-profit organisations on governance and compliance issues.

Before focusing on private client and wealth management matters, Angela practised as a real estate and property lawyer. She advised clients on property acquisitions and disposals, real estate finance and tenancy matters. Angela has also worked as in-house counsel for a Hong Kong property development and investment company, further enhancing her capability to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

Angela was educated at University College London, BPP Law School and the University of Hong Kong.
