Barbara Stella Cerioli is a corporate and commercial lawyer advising local and multinational corporations as well as entrepreneurs across Hong Kong, Greater China, and the Asia-Pacific region. Her expertise covers mergers and acquisitions, structuring direct investments and commercial documentation including joint ventures and partnerships, franchising, distribution and licensing arrangements between businesses in multiple industries.
