Roy Luo is a highly skilled corporate and commercial lawyer with extensive experience in China and Canada. He has worked with leading law firms in Vancouver and China, and as in-house counsel for publicly listed companies. 

Leveraging his multi-jurisdictional experience and qualifications, Roy is uniquely positioned to advise clients on legal issues in China, Hong Kong and Canada. He has particular experience in advising clients in the technology and real estate sectors on structuring direct investments and joint ventures.

Roy was educated at the University of British Columbia where he received the UBC President’s Entrance Scholarship and was placed on the Dean’s Honour Roll for consecutive years. At UBC School of Law, he also served as teaching assistant for commercial law, business organization and employment law courses.
